Scrambled is on the lookout for a pro-active and positive food admiring Account Manager with a solid understanding of the Digital Creative industry to join our team in Amsterdam. You are the day-to-day point of contact for a wide range of local and international clients with whom you negotiate digital food content (photography, video) deals. This varies from smaller one-off projects to more complex multi-year deals, and anything in between. We would expect you to enjoy and understand the world of brands, retailers, their agencies and overall channel marketing. Of course you are an excellent and confident communicator, preferably in Dutch AND English, that knows how to translate clients needs into tasty concepts.
Role & Responsibilities
You'll work with an enthusiastic group of food loving professionals to steward and scale creative production partnerships with A-list brands and businesses.
The work you help engage will be wide and diverse, ranging from pack shots and tasty-like video productions to TVC’s and full blown TV productions, and anything in between (as long as it is food related!).
You act as the bridge between your colleagues and our clients and are accountable for the end delivery, proactively managing expectations along the way.
You’ll help define the scope for each project, ensuring proposals meet the client’s brief and business objectives above anything else.
You work as a strategic partner who understands a client’s brand and business, actively identifying new opportunities to better service their needs.
For this role, we’re looking for an Account Manager with hands-on experience in Digital and Media.
You can work in both Dutch and English at the highest professional level.
You have at least 3+ years worth of client-facing experience in digital advertising or creative production.
You have a keen understanding of the business objectives of brands and can quickly grasp their challenges and opportunities, identifying exactly what needs to be achieved from the get-go.
You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships to the next level.
You’re experienced in creating presentation decks and can help shape proposals from a basic perspective or a commercial one.
With strong presentation skills, you can represent Scrambled by showcasing our cases, capabilities and culture to (potential) partners at every turn.
Last but not least, you’re a joy to work with; you’re positive and you’re great with clients and coworkers alike and know how to inspire teams to go the extra mile.
sales / new business
Your main responsibility is pursuing and driving commercial opportunities and being able to shape these opportunities into signed deals.
You will use your own network as well as the network Scrambled has built over the years, follow up leads, approach prospects, and present the services and products that Scrambled provides.
You will handle financial negotiations and are responsible for finalising/negotiating other terms and details. When a deal is closed, you will work with our production/account team, to ensure optimal execution of the proposal and communication with the client. You will be involved with the entire process and create win-win situations by consultative selling.
THIS IS WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Track record with sales for the digital content, advertising or creative industry (bonus points for food/fmcg related experience)
3+ years work experience in a digital, advertising, or marketing environment
Experience or education in (digital) marketing and strong knowledge of the digital marketing space
Social skills, team player and very well-organized
Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible
Fluent in Dutch - writing, speaking and presenting, but the Scrambled language is English
Comfortable in an international working environment
Be at the forefront of the new developments in digital content marketing
